Service at St. Peter's Church, Humberston, at 11.30am on Friday, December 5, 2003, followed by cremation at Grimsby Crematorium. Family flowers only please by request, but if so desired, donations in lieu may be sent to `Mashfords Donations Account', Norfolk Lane, Cleethorpes, DN35 8BB, and the final sum will be forwarded to Friends of Humberston Park School Hydrotherapy Pool Fund.
